The houses at Derwenthorpe are designed and built to optimise the use of offsite manufacture combined with renewable energy to deliver low energy, comfortable and desirable homes.

An integrated solution: Designed and built to meet the Future Homes Standard with high performance fabric, air source heat pumps, integrated solar PV and battery storage. Built with care and attention to detail using a highly insulated, advanced timber frame system including roof and floor cassettes.
